Premium Protection with Maximum Adjustability
The Leatt Neck Brace 5.5 is one of Leatt's best-selling neck protection systems. Offering the same high level of adjustability as the flagship 6.5 model but constructed from reinforced polyamide, the 5.5 delivers outstanding protection at an excellent price-performance ratio.

This neck brace is designed to reduce forces during a crash and redirect them from the neck's fragile bones to the body's stronger muscles. With exceptional comfort, fit, and durability, the 5.5 fits a wide range of body shapes and sizes for riders demanding serious protection.
