About Jopa Racing Products
Establishment of Jopa Racing Products
Jopa Racing Products was born out of a great passion for motorcycles and motorsport. In 1983, Johan Paus decided to start importing small brands like Sidi from his own garage.
Move to the old bank building
By establishing many contacts within his own network at the beginning, Johan Paus quickly grew his own business and had to move from his garage to an old bank building in the center of Enter.
Jopa Germany
Because the old bank building quickly became too small and there were many German customers, it was decided to open a second location in Gildehaus (Germany). Jopa Racing Products GmbH was born since then.
New construction at Veldegge
Due to the rapid growth of Jopa, there was no choice but to leave the old bank building and build a new facility at Veldegge. With an area of 6000 m2, Jopa is currently located at Veldegge 8 in Enter.
B2B Login
Due to digitalization and the continuous improvement of customer service, a business-to-business login was launched in 2010, where customers can easily order products online.
Collaboration with Rusty Stitches
In 2016, Joshua Nap crossed paths with Jopa, who was looking for a partner to distribute his yet-to-be-launched motorcycle clothing brand. In 2017, the first collection was released, and the collaboration with Jopa Racing Products and Rusty Stitches was born.
A black year
After a long illness, the founder, owner, and greatest inspiration of Jopa, Johan Paus, passed away in July 2019. Thanks to Johan and his wife Ine, three employees took on the management role, and the rest of the staff continued Johan's philosophy.
Continuation of a legacy
Four employees are continuing the company Jopa as Johan wished. Marcel, Jarno, Patrick, and Matthijs will lead Jopa Racing Products and apply all the lessons from Johan Paus.
